CraftBot

Craftbot (formerly CraftUnique) is a developer, innovator and manufacturer of 3D printers. The Hungarian company is based in Budapest and was founded in 2014.

The company’s first 3D printer to utilize FFF technology, has entered the market in August 2014 backed by a successful launch. Since its foundation Craftbot has designed and manufactured 10 different 3D printer models and has sold more than 10.000 units worldwide.

Craftbot’s print quality leads with its quality prints and offers enhanced technical parameters and usability compared to the existing market offering at a value price.

Several international awards serve as a testament to its high quality and good value for money: 3D Hubs, one of the most important online portals of the trade has selected Craftbot Plus as the best Budget category (i.e. best value) 3D printer in 2016, and it has been awarded back-to-back ‘Best Plug&Play’ prizes in 2017 and 2018 by the same.

Due to consistent efforts to innovation, we are offering the 4th generation of the original Craftbot Plus printer, moreover, and we have also introduced the Craftbot Flow Generation which consists of single and dual head printers in normal and XL versions.

Being an innovator with our own in-house capabilities, hardware development is not the only part of what we provide. Craftbot also creates the firmware and a slicing software, in order to provide a complete 3D printing solution to all of our users.

Craftbot’s portfolio targets the various needs of our clients: from the compact desktop printer to create your passion to the large build volume dual-head printers intended for industrial use.

Craftbot factories and headquarters

Craftbot has two factories in Hungary; one in Budapest in an industrial area on Szabadkikötő’s island and another in a city called Kecskemét.

The head office of the executive and the administrative team is also co-located in Budapest.

Being a global brand, in addition to our Hungarian headquarter, we have our wholly owned subsidiaries in Canada and in the United States.
